MakerSpace
What is a MakerSpace?
A MakerSpace, according to the MakerMedia's MakerSpace Playbook, "are physical spaces for people, including kids, to work together and review their projects." Basically, its a place to learn by creating, basing your project around things that interest you, or things you want to know more about.

MakerSpace Challenges
What you need to know:
- They are every Friday morning, beginning in October, before school.
- Bring a couple of friends! Most challenges need 2-4 people.
- You don't need anything except you!
- Check with your science teacher - some are offering extra credit points!
- A leaderboard will be kept each week with the winners of each challenge.
- Its fun!
MakerSpace Extended Activities
What you need to know:
- These are activites that may stretch for anywhere from an hour to a few days.
- These will vary, and only be repeated if there is enough interest after the first activity.
- You can request an activity - just talk to Mrs. Edwards!
- Some of the activities on the list (there are more coming - this is just a sample!)
- Make your own journal
- Art Journals, Bullet Journals, and Junk Journals
- Coding robots
- Ardunio coding
- Wearable circuits
- Paper Circuits
- Squish Circuits
